Biography
Dr. Lighton Phiri is a Lecturer and Researcher at The University of Zambia. He was awarded a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Cape Town. His broad research interests lie within the areas of Digital Libraries and Data Mining. He also has on-going research interest in Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D) and Technology-Enhanced Learning.
