Educational Data Mining

Educational Data Mining

The rapid increase and adoption of digital platforms in the educational sector present numerous opportunities to improve teaching and learning. Specifically, interesting and useful insights can be derived from the digital trails associated with such platforms. These platforms include, but are not limited, to Learning Management Systems, Student Information Systems, and other specialised platforms, for instance, Institutional Repositories. This project is aimed at experimentally devising and evaluating novel data mining techniques for deriving insights from educational platforms.
